How can we accomplish this?

Alaska will prosper if we develop a statewide Alaska leadership school to foster the future leaders of our State. This leadership school will draw on rural Alaskans but will not be limited to the village communities. Highly motivated students will be the target from communities all over Alaska. The program will encourage students to take responsibility for the future of their communities and develop leaders to run government.
